HOTEL PASEO, Autograph Collection

We came to Palm Springs for a 40th birthday in November. The hotel was a fantastic stay overall. First off the Mountain View was beautiful! The staff were all extremely nice and professional. From check in to dining to just walking around the hotel, everyone was so courteous and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable, the room felt clean but unfortunately had a weird smell that lasted all four days- which is why I gave it 4 stars. The pool was nice but the sun goes away early. Not the hotels fault but it’s nice to know. The food and lattes were pretty tasty at the grab and go. We got breakfast there every morning. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Very chill! Hot tub and pool. Outside area next to pool would be fantastic for wedding reception and dancing. Rooms very quiet. Restaurant has great food. Can walk to all shops and other restaurants. We were impressed and will come back.

Very happy with our stay. Nothing crazy fancy or boujee, but just really nice overall and great service. Will likely come back.

What an amazing stay at Hotel Paseo! A huge thank you to BMW for arranging this. The rooms were fantastic, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was perfect for decompressing. The views of the mountains are absolutely gorgeous. It’s such a great spot that I’m debating whether to bring the family next time or keep it as a relaxing solo getaway. Highly recommended!

I came here for work and was unsure where to stay, but a friend recommended this place. I booked a room and am a very happy customer. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathroom was particularly large. The service was friendly, and the hotel has a very artistic and trendy atmosphere. Its location is excellent; it's within walking distance of many high-end boutiques and wonderful restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great experience at the pool with Neal and Trent. They make the experience amazing. Diana in the Bistro is extremely good as well. The best person at the front desk, Devon, was there only briefly this time and we could sure tell the difference in the cleanliness of the lobby when she is not around.

Just left the hotel. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely come back.

The hotel is beautifully located, exceptionally clean, and very modern. The Christmas décor is truly stunning an easy 10/10. However, our check-in experience fell short. The front desk attendant was not very welcoming and made the process feel rushed, leaving out important details such as where to park (you don’t- valet only). On the positive side, the bellhop was incredibly friendly and helpful. For dinner, we visited the hotel restaurant, but unfortunately the food did not match the upscale ambiance of the property. The dishes were underwhelming, and we ended up leaving most of our meal untouched. Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, but there are areas where the guest experience could be improved.
